GOLDEN TICKET LOTTERY – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Small Society Lottery – Westminster City Council Registration No. 25/04729/LILN 

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this lottery is Paul Nuttall, Reform UK Party Limited, Millbank 
Tower, 21–24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP.

The Promoter is responsible for the conduct of the lottery. 

2. Society 

This lottery is promoted on behalf of: 
Reform UK Party Limited, Millbank Tower, 21–24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP. 

3. Lottery Registration

This is a Small Society Lottery registered with Westminster City Council under 
the Gambling Act 2005. Registration Number: 25/04729/LILN.

4. Entry Requirements 

4.1 Entry to the lottery is available only through the purchase of the Limited Edition 
Collector’s Shirt. 
4.2 Each shirt purchase includes one £1 lottery entry, which is mandatory. 
4.3 Entries are open to UK residents aged 16 or over. Proof of age may be 
requested. 
4.4 Employees of Reform UK directly involved in this promotion are not permitted to 
participate. 

5. Price of Entry

5.1 The price of a lottery ticket is £1, which is separately itemised on the order 
invoice. 
5.2 The Collector’s Shirt is priced at £349. 
5.3 The total payable per entry is £350. 

6. Total Entries 

6.1 A maximum of 1,000 entries will be made available. 
6.2 Each customer may purchase multiple shirts unless otherwise restricted for 
security or compliance reasons. The lottery closes when all 1,000 shirts are sold or 
on 31 January 2026, whichever is sooner. 

7. The Prize

7.1 There are five prizes. 
7.2 Each prize is a group lunch with Nigel Farage at a venue in London, on a date 
to be arranged. 
7.3 Travel, transport and accommodation are not included. 
7.4 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
7.5 Reform UK reserves the right to change the venue or date if necessary and all 
prizes belong to the purchaser and are subject to security vetting on success 

8. How the Winners Are Selected

8.1 The draw is conducted by random allocation of Golden Tickets. 
8.2 Five Golden Tickets are randomly placed into five parcels during fulfilment. 
8.3 The process is supervised internally and documented for compliance. 
8.4 The Golden Ticket inserted into a parcel constitutes the winning entry. 

9. Notification of Winners 

9.1 Winners who find a Golden Ticket must notify Reform UK by emailing 
golden@reformparty.uk with:

● their order number, 
● a photograph of the Golden Ticket, and 
● their contact details.

9.2 Winners must make a claim within 28 days of receiving the Golden Ticket. 
9.3 Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and identity.

10. Your Invoice as Your Ticket 

10.1 The purchaser’s invoice or order confirmation email constitutes the official 
lottery ticket under the Gambling Act 2005. 
10.2 The invoice includes all mandatory information: society name, promoter name 
and address, ticket price, licensing authority, registration number, and a unique ticket 
number (order number). 

11. Returns and Refunds 

11.1 This is a limited-edition promotional product and cannot be returned except 
where the shirt is defective or damaged. 
11.2 The £1 lottery entry is non-refundable under all circumstances. The Golden 
Ticket lottery entry is a mandatory part of this promotional product. 
11.3 Reform UK accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged Golden Tickets. If a 
Golden Ticket is lost or damaged, the Promoter may verify winning status using 
internal order records. Golden Tickets may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged. 

12. Fairness and Compliance 

12.1 The lottery is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and is 
intended to ensure fairness, transparency and equal opportunity. 
12.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

13. Use of Funds

13.1 100% of lottery proceeds will be applied to the political purposes of Reform 
UK, as required for Small Society Lotteries. 
13.2 Lottery proceeds refer only to the £1 entry fee, not the commercial price of the 
shirt. 

14. Publicity

14.1 Winners may be asked, but are not required, to participate in publicity. 
14.2 Any such participation will be subject to separate consent.

15. Liability

15.1 Reform UK accepts no liability for:

● travel or accommodation costs; 
● personal arrangements made by winners; 
● loss or damage to Golden Tickets after delivery.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for injury caused by 
negligence. 

16. Data Protection 

16.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with Reform UK’s privacy policy, 
available at reformparty.uk/privacy. 
16.2 Data will be used for administering the lottery and contacting winners. 

17. Changes and Termination

17.1 Reform UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the lottery where necessary to 
comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or for reasons outside its reasonable 
control. 
17.2 Any such changes will be published promptly on reformparty.uk. 

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any 
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and 
Wales.
