Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in the same condition as they were received.

Conditions for Return

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, must be included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, odour, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, log in to your Reform FC account. Go to the relevant order, select the item you wish to return, and click Request Return. You will then be asked to provide a reason for the return. Please give as much detail as possible so that we can accurately make a decision.

If you cannot access your account, please email us at orders@reformparty.uk with your order number and return details.

Important: Do not return items without first submitting a request and receiving approval. Any orders received back without notice or approval will not be refunded.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We strongly recommend using a reliable, tracked service and keeping proof of postage and tracking details.

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by us.

  • We cannot be held liable for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been delivered to us, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are for the cost of the item only, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been approved.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item to us. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your exchange and send the replacement to you.

Please Note: When requesting a return for an exchange, please clearly add in the notes the exact size or product you would like as your replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or customised items, and any items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

Signed Shirt Notice 

All online images of the signature are an artists’ impression. Shirts hand-signed by Nigel will naturally vary in appearance depending on the pen and signing conditions. Each one is unique.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing our support team at orders@reformparty.uk with your order number and photos of the item. Before submitting a return request, please ensure you have contacted us for authorisation and instructions.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs incurred by you, the customer, once proof of postage is provided. A replacement or refund will then be issued in accordance with your statutory rights.
